Refund policy

We have an exchange-only policy. However, for size issues, receiving the wrong product, or receiving a damaged product, we can exchange your product(s) with the same item (subject to availability) or another product. Refund not available. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we will confirm with you via email or on the provided contact number. Items sent back to us without requesting an exchange first will not be accepted.
